About the event

We're more dependent on tech than ever to stay in touch while we practice self-isolation and social distancing. In addition to being purposeful in our usage of technology, there are a number of ways to modify or hack our digital tools to be healthier to use. Let us help you upgrade your relationship to technology.

Join us for a session that walks you through healthy hacks for our digital devices and services across four important areas: Mindset, Habits, Digital Devices, and Social Feeds.

This meeting will be hosted virtually on Zoom. It's recommended that you follow the link to register for the event on Zoom and download the Zoom app for your computer well in advance of the start time.
